A one-time fee covering port charges, taxes, document/admin/security fees, and prepaid gratuities will
be added to your payment plan. This fee varies by cruise.
PRESTIGE SELECT BEVERAGE PACKAGE
The Prestige Select Beverage Package covers cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, beer, fountain sodas, fresh
juices, non-alcoholic cocktails, premium coffees/teas, bottled still/sparkling water, and wines by the
glass during lunch and dinner.
ITINERARY & CRUISE DETAILS
Voyage: Clothing-optional conceptual cruise exclusively for adult couples. Theme
nights, pool parties, shows, and workshops are included in the Desire Cruises all-inclusive concept and
are subject to change without prior notice.
Itinerary: Departure times, arrival times, and port schedules are subject to change
pending final confirmation by the port authorities. Final times will be provided closer to sailing.

PAYMENT POLICIES
Reservation Policy: All reservations are subject to applicable policies regarding
changes, cancellations, and no-shows.
Payment & Statement Descriptors: Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, and
American Express.

International Fees: Card issuers may assess additional international transaction fees.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE & TERMS
Payment due dates depend on the specific cruise booked.
Non-Payment Cancellation: Failure to pay by the scheduled due dates will result in
automatic reservation cancellation.
Notifications: Payment reminders are emailed 7 days prior to and on the due date.
Guests are solely responsible for maintaining current email contact details with Original Group and
ensuring timely payment. Standard payment links are emailed 7 days prior to due dates.
Monthly Payment Option Authorization:
Selecting monthly payments authorizes OPERADORA DE YATES CANCUN SAPI DE CV (Desire Cruises) to charge
the provided card for agreed monthly amounts recurrently.
Declined charges reserve the right of OPERADORA DE YATES CANCUN SAPI DE CV to cancel the booking.
Card updates or payment plan cancellations must be emailed to cruises5@original-group.com at least 10
business days prior to the next scheduled payment date.
CANCELLATION, BOARDING & FARE POLICIES
Cancellation Penalties: Cancellation penalties vary by cruise and are determined based
on how far in advance the cancellation is submitted. Please refer to your reservation details for
specific dates and penalty amounts.
Name Changes: One name change per booking is allowed up to the final payment date,
provided at least one original guest remains on the reservation. No name changes are permitted after
final payment.
Fare Guarantee: If the published rate for your identical, available cabin category
drops, you may submit a written adjustment request 30 days or more prior to sailing. Adjustments are
issued as a one-time onboard credit or upgrade credit equal to the difference between the paid fare and
the live website rate at time of request. Ineligible within 29 days of sailing.
HEALTH & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Protocol Authority: Health protocols are determined by the cruise line and official
global health organizations.
Compliance Right & Obligation: Original Group/Desire Cruises and Cruise Carriers
reserve the right and obligation to enforce governmental orders and recommendations (health, security,
customs, immigration, safety) without liability for compensation to the guest.
Guest Obligation & Liability Waiver: Guests must comply with all health, security,
customs, immigration, and safety requirements, and hereby release and discharge Original Group/Desire
Cruises and Cruise Carriers from any claims or damages resulting from non-compliance.
Quarantine Costs & Risk: In the event of quarantine, guests assume all risks and
expenses, including daily maintenance charges if quarantined onboard, as well as any losses from
resulting delays or detentions.
Transfer & Luggage Expenses: Guests bear all costs for embarkation, debarkation,
luggage handling, and shore-to-ship transfers arising from regulatory or health compliance actions.
FEES, DOCUMENTS & CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Processing & Dispute Fees: Original Cruises reserves the right to charge
administrative/processing fees for refunds, cancellations, or special services. Payment disputes and
chargebacks are evaluated individually, and guests will be billed for any incurred costs within policy
limits.
Travel Documents: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return sail
date. Final travel documents will be emailed 30 days prior to sailing; guests must review them upon
receipt and report any errors immediately.
Online Check-In Deadlines: Online check-in must be completed at least 5 days prior to
sailing. Guests failing to do so must complete check-in at the pier at least 2 hours prior to published
departure.
Boarding Cutoff: All guests must be fully checked in and onboard at least 60 minutes
before published sailing time or boarding will be denied. (Check-in rules are subject to change and
confirmed during online check-in).
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY & TRAVEL TERMS
Charter Disclaimer: As these are chartered sailings (Temptation and Desire brands),
standard cruise line policies, pandemic/epidemic refund rules, "Cruise with Confidence" programs, online
extras, or promotional credits do not apply. Stated payment and cancellation terms govern all
bookings.
Agent Role & Supplier Liability: Original Cruises acts solely as a booking agent
for third-party suppliers (cruise lines, air/ground transport, hotels, tours). Original Cruises is not
liable for supplier breach of contract, negligence, intentional acts, delays, loss, injury, or death.
Rates, schedules, connections, and baggage handling are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in
writing.
Unforeseen Circumstances & External Risks: Original Cruises is not responsible for
losses, injuries, or delays resulting from terrorism, labor/social unrest, mechanical failures, disease,
weather, local laws, criminal acts, or circumstances beyond its control.
Travel Documents & Cruise Line Blacklists: Guests assume full responsibility for
verifying passport, visa, vaccination, entry, and safety requirements. Guests blacklisted by the
underlying cruise line will be denied boarding; no refunds will be issued for policy violations. Guests
must contact Original Cruises to confirm the operating cruise line.
Assumption of Risk & Insurance: Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with
travel. Travel protection and cruise coverage insurance are strongly recommended. Government travel
advisories and health notices should be reviewed independently.
Binding Agreement: Retaining tickets, reservations, or bookings constitutes full
acceptance of these terms and binds the primary guest to inform all travel companions of these
conditions.
ONBOARD GUIDELINES
Clothing-Optional Areas: Restricted strictly to the pool area, sun decks, and playroom.
Mandatory clothing rules may be enforced by ship staff when approaching ports of call and must be
adhered to by all guests.
House Rules: Guests must read, understand, and comply with the official conduct
policies available on the website.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance: Retention of booking and signature constitutes full
acceptance and binding agreement to all stated terms and conditions.
